- 2 Egg whites
- 1 Egg yolk
- Take egg whites and beat till stiff. You can add some flavor at this stage. I add chili sauce or you can leave them plain.
- Gently fold in one egg yolk.
- Place on a lined baking tray into moulds or just shape them on the paper and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C on fan bake (keep an eye on them) - should be slightly crisp on the outside and nice and fluffy on the inside. These work great as burger buns.
