Rapid Rolls


  • 2 Egg whites
  • 1 Egg yolk


  1. Take egg whites and beat till stiff. You can add some flavor at this stage. I add chili sauce or you can leave them plain.
  2. Gently fold in one egg yolk.
  3. Place on a lined baking tray into moulds or just shape them on the paper and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C on fan bake (keep an eye on them) - should be slightly crisp on the outside and nice and fluffy on the inside. These work great as burger buns.
