  1. Pre heat the oven to 180°C on fan forced.
  2. Oil and coat chops in the spices or your own concoction and some fresh herbs.
  3. Heat a pan until very hot and brown the chops on both sides before placing in the oven for 12 minutes.
  4. Cover your cooking dish with tin foil and turn the oven off. Let the chops rest for 4-5 minutes before serving
