- Pre heat the oven to 180°C on fan forced.
- Oil and coat chops in the spices or your own concoction and some fresh herbs.
- Heat a pan until very hot and brown the chops on both sides before placing in the oven for 12 minutes.
- Cover your cooking dish with tin foil and turn the oven off. Let the chops rest for 4-5 minutes before serving
