Poached Eggs - How to poach perfectly!


  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cap white Vinegar
  • Water


  1. Take a small pot, just big enough to fit two eggs and bring the water to the boil.
  2. Once boiling, add white vinegar and then add the eggs ‰- cracking and placing gently into the water.
  3. Let the water come to the boil again for about 2-5 minutes depending on how you like your eggs done.
  4. Left over eggs can be kept in the fridge in cold water and reheated when needed.
