Poached Eggs - How to poach perfectly!
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cap white Vinegar
- Take a small pot, just big enough to fit two eggs and bring the water to the boil.
- Once boiling, add white vinegar and then add the eggs - cracking and placing gently into the water.
- Let the water come to the boil again for about 2-5 minutes depending on how you like your eggs done.
- Left over eggs can be kept in the fridge in cold water and reheated when needed.
