One Pan Eggs with a Super Food Kick

Ingredients:

  • Egg
  • Garlic
  • Fresh herbs
  • Kale

Instructions:

  1. Fry garlic, fresh herbs and kale (I use oregano thyme and rosemary). Once the herbs and garlic are crisp and the kale is wilted, set aside.
  2. Add egg to the pan and let cool a bit before adding your greens and herbs back on top of your egg.
  3. Once the egg is cooked to your liking sprinkle with red chilli flakes and serve with avocado. Enjoy.
