One Pan Eggs with a Super Food Kick
- Fresh herbs
- Fry garlic, fresh herbs and kale (I use oregano thyme and rosemary). Once the herbs and garlic are crisp and the kale is wilted, set aside.
- Add egg to the pan and let cool a bit before adding your greens and herbs back on top of your egg.
- Once the egg is cooked to your liking sprinkle with red chilli flakes and serve with avocado. Enjoy.
