Hash Cakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 Carrot (grated and rung out)
  • 1 small red Chili (diced)
  • 1 Egg yolk

Instructions:

  1. Make sure you squeeze the water out of the carrot. Mix all ingredients together then place inside mold and onto the foil in a hot pan.
