Grilled Zucchini with a Basil Kale and Baby Beet Leaf Salad
- 2 Tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 3 sprigs Oregano
- Feta Cheese
- Salad: Basil, Kale, Baby Beet Leaves
- Marinade zucchini with coconut oil, paprika and oregano.
- After marinating top with feta cheese. Cook for 20 minutes on 180°C on grill and tray in the middle of the oven.
- Mix salad in leftover marinade to coat. Serve.
