Fluffy Omlette

Ingredients:
- 2 Egg whites
- 1 Egg yolk
- Seasoning
Instructions:
- Beat egg whites till stiff then fold in egg yolk.
- Place into a pan that's oven proof and season (I used some oregano and thyme flowers because they are pretty and taste amazing).
- Bake for 2-5 minutes and enjoy. Perfect post workout meal!
