Eye Fillet on Cauliflower and Avocado Mash with Steamed Bok Choy
- Eye Fillet
- Japanese Steak Sauce
- 1/4 Cauliflower
- 1/2 Avocado
- Bok Choy
- Soy Sauce
- Marinate the steak in Japanese steak sauce for an hour prior to cooking. Cook to your taste - I like mine rare.
- Dice and boil cauliflower until soft (about 10-15mins) then blend with avocado.
- Steam bok choy (I usually do this on top of the pot cooking my cauliflower) and toss in soy sauce before serving.
