Eye Fillet on Cauliflower and Avocado Mash with Steamed Bok Choy

Ingredients:

  • Eye Fillet
  • Japanese Steak Sauce
  • 1/4 Cauliflower
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • Bok Choy
  • Soy Sauce

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the steak in Japanese steak sauce for an hour prior to cooking. Cook to your taste ‰- I like mine rare.
  2. Dice and boil cauliflower until soft (about 10-15mins) then blend with avocado.
  3. Steam bok choy (I usually do this on top of the pot cooking my cauliflower) and toss in soy sauce before serving.
