Chicken Dinner


  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 4 pieces of Bacon
  • Green Beans
  • Salad Greens
  • 1 Eggplant
  • 1 Lemon
  • Paprika (for the Chicken)


  1. Preheat oven to 220°C on fan bake.
  2. Place the chicken inside the oven safe dish with bacon, paprika and lemon juice and place in the oven for 30 minutes.
  3. Take the eggplant and peel thins slices avoiding the seeds in the middle, then fry in butter until crisp.
  4. Steam green beans.
  5. Serve on your choice of green salad and enjoy.
