Chicken Bake


  • Chicken thighs
  • Zucchini
  • Cabbage
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Walnuts
  • Pomegranate


  1. Turn on oven to 180°C fan bake.
  2. Take chicken thighs and cut into finger sized pieces. Brown then set aside.
  3. Roughly chop zucchini and cabbage and sauté with a touch of balsamic vinegar.
  4. Place all ingredients into an oven proof dish. Sprinkle walnuts and pomegranate and cook for 25-30 minutes.
