Broccoli and Chorizo Salad with Pine Nuts and Zucchini
- Coconut Oil
- 1 green Chilli
- 1 clove Garlic (crushed)
- Pine nuts
- Heat coconut oil in a pan and add green chilli and garlic (I used smoked garlic I had).
- Add chorizo and brown.
- Add zucchini and broccoli and cover until cooked (some charring is fine).
- Lastly add pine nuts until toasted and then serve.
