Breakfast Stack

Ingredients:

  • 1 small/medium grated Carrot
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Feta
  • Coconut Oil
  • Bacon
  • Avocado
  • Lemon
  • Poached egg

Instructions:

  1. For the carrot hash combine grated carrot (ring all the liquid out with a cloth), egg yolk and some feta. Shape and cook in coconut oil.
  2. Serve with bacon, an avocado mashed with lemon and a poached egg - perfection!
