Breakfast Stack

Ingredients:
- 1 small/medium grated Carrot
- 1 egg yolk
- Feta
- Coconut Oil
- Bacon
- Avocado
- Lemon
- Poached egg
Instructions:
- For the carrot hash combine grated carrot (ring all the liquid out with a cloth), egg yolk and some feta. Shape and cook in coconut oil.
- Serve with bacon, an avocado mashed with lemon and a poached egg - perfection!
