Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Pancakes
- 1 scoop Myofusion Peanut Butter Cookie Dough protein powder
- 2 Egg whites
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp powdered Coconut
- Fruit of your choice (I used left over poached quince)
- 1 Tbsp Almond Milk to get a smooth consistency
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Cook pancakes in a hot pan with coconut oil, before serving with more powdered coconut and your fruit.
