- Chicken thighs
- Balsamic vinegar
- Turn on oven to 180°C fan bake.
- Take chicken thighs and cut into finger sized pieces. Brown then set aside.
- Roughly chop zucchini and cabbage and sauté with a touch of balsamic vinegar.
- Place all ingredients into an oven proof dish. Sprinkle walnuts and pomegranate and cook for 25-30 minutes.
